The Production Linked Incentive Scheme (PLI) to promote Telecom and Networking Products manufacturing in India is a centrally sponsored scheme of Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, (hereinafter referred as DoP). DoP has nominated Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) as Project Management Agency (PMA) for facilitating implementation of the scheme.

The Portal for the PLI scheme of DoP has been developed by SIDBI. In accordance with the scheme guidelines and the portal along with the content is with the approval of DoP. By accessing this portal, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound and abide by the guidelines of the PLI scheme for Telecom and Networking Products manufacturing in India.
